CONFIDENCE IN THE PROMISED BREAKTHROUGH

It is best for us to know that even as we journey from Earth to Eternity, especially when the darkest of night tend to surround us; the bright light of the morning will come shining through. This proven reality becomes true when God steps into the equation. Now, let this be known, that God does not interfere with man's affairs but intervenes in man's precarious situation often to institute a positive turnaround specifically reinforcing our courage on manners that forestalls a beacon of hope while curating amazements. He sets these in array by introducing series of events to destroy the work of the Devil. While reaching out to us in His healing wings to uplift all who believe, he delivers from the debilitating effect of those dark moments. God declares to every believer that the perfection of His strength takes effect in our weaknesses (2 Corinthians 12:9). So, don’t be dismayed about that situation that you may have found yourself in this present moment, God’s offer in this New Year guarantees boundless hope and timeless possibilities.

Believers who desire breakthrough in this New Year are expected to hold on tenaciously to their confidence in God’s unfailing promises through fervent prayers. Jacob held on to God’s promise to Abraham and his story was changed (Genesis 32:9-28). Jabez prayed and God transformed his situation because the spoken words of God never return to him void without fulfilling the purpose for which it was sent.(1 Chronicles 4:10). He has said, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:16). He has also spoken saying “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3). These are precious promises you can hold on to as a believer when weighing the infallibility of God’s word on the scale of life’s raging sea. If your faith does not waver, you too will soar above your predicaments. Obstacles to your successes and breakthroughs this year will all be made surmountable in Jesus Name, Amen. In summary, believers are to look unto Jesus Christ, “the author and finisher of our faith”, because our breakthrough is not far-fetched when we do.

Be rest assured that in our daily life, there may be times when Satan will erect barricade to obscure our vision of God even while deceptively saying God does not listen or hear our prayers. Just then, circumstances may seem to deteriorate. We may even begin to witness disappointments arising at different degrees. When challenges like these begin to pour-in, we must then remember that the only viable solution handy is holding unto to God. By holding unto God, we mean turning to God in prayer with every strand of Faith that believes that “He is and will ever remain a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6). It is at such times that God is reassured of the quality of our intimacy with Him. He gave his word in Matthew 11:28, stating clearly to all who believe, “Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest”. This New Year, you will experience the outcome of anchoring your confidence on God’s supernatural ability in Jesus Name, Amen. Your desired ambitions will be fine tuned in the perspective of successes that is amplified beyond your expectations in Jesus Name, Amen.

In conclusion, always remember that when you have prayed and completely obeyed God by anchoring your faith on Him, your breakthrough in reality will be at your door step awaiting your possession. So therefore, reach for it. Claim and receive it. God bless you.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

DO NOT DEPAIR

Having found out whom God is... DO NOT DESPAIR TEXT: PSALM 13:1-6 Key verse: “How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?” (Psalm 13:1) . Life throws up new challenges every day. This often makes the believer begin to think that God had abandoned him. Except he rouses himself up, he would become discouraged and lose all hope that help would ever come to him. David got to that point many times in his numerous battles in life. He probably prayed and fasted for long periods, but the onslaught of the enemy did not end. He was running out of options, hence he spoke in desperation to God. He seemed to conclude that He had forsaken him and wondered how long God would hide himself, and how long he was going to be abandoned to himself, getting ever more sorrowful daily. He was troubled that the enemy seemed to be triumphing over him; ...

NO SHORTCUT

If it is to be done aright, be rest assured that there is... NO SHORTCUT BELIEVERS' DIGEST PUBLICATION Bible Reading: 1 KINGS 15:16-24 Key Verse: “There is a league between me and thee, and between my father and thy father: behold, I have sent unto thee a present of silver and gold; come and break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me” (1 Kings 15:19). Men always seek shortcut to success in life. Rather than live by God’s righteous standard, they seek to achieve success by any means possible. They justify their action by arguing that the end does indeed justify the means. This is despite their moral failings and character flaws, all of which contravene God’s expectations from His children. Such was the beginning of the end for King Asa, who had begun well to rule Judah and had introduced gr...

A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE

WINNERS' INTEREST PUBLICATION A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 3:19-21 (KJV) Key Verse: “And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground” (1 Samuel 3:19). The world, in which we live today is filled with corrupting influences. This forms the basis of God's call to His people to rise as rare treasures of purity and power. A “Gem of Spectacular Influence” is not an ordinary person. It describes a believer whose life carries unique, enduring value that transcends fleeting worldly trends. Like a precious gem that retains its brilliance even in darkness, such a life reflects resolute determination to pursue excellence in glorifying God, undimmed by surrounding negativity. The story of Samuel powerfully illustrates this truth. Raised in the tabernacle at Shiloh under the aged priest Eli, Samuel was surrounded by evil practices. Eli’s sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were notorious for ...
