THE IMMUTABILITY OF GOD'S SAVING PILLAR OF TRUTH

The immutability of God has made the personification of His TRUTH, a stabilization that has outlived the traditions of men.  This stabilized Truth of His, remains the solid foundation upon which the fundamentals of Christian theology stands. By referring to the Immutability of God, we make deliberate efforts to discuss His undefiled nature of Holiness. The Holy Bible teaches that Jesus Christ(The express image of God) is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He has not changed and the fact that he paid the price of man's redemption has not made Him the orchestrator of his doom. Man's doom is mainly orchestrated by submitting to ungodly imaginations stirred up by the Devil. When this is meditated upon, it tends to sway mankind off the path the leads to eternal life. This onerous task of saving mankind from Sin which God assigned to Jesus Christ was discharged elaborately on the cross of Calvary, where His blood was shed for the remission of the Sins of many. This means that Jesus Christ was bent and is still addend and  will ever remain subjected to fulfilling the Will of God The Father even while he exists as a Son whose character and attributes will forever conform with that of God throughout the life span of eternity. This same model of God's saving PILLAR of Truth, typifies the message of salvation revealed in the Holy Bible which remains unchanged through the ages.

The Holy Bible is inspired by God’s infallible Word, and it contains the saving truth that leads to eternal life (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The gospel message remains the same and must not be altered or seen to be marred by the blandishments of satanic deceptions. In the case of connivance with demonic personalities to perpetuate contrary, there remaineth punishment for anyone found culpable in such practice(s). Although, all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), God in His infinite mercy already made a way of escape through Jesus Christ for anyone who cares to deploy such route to safely evade the punishment for sin which is death (John 3:16).

The message of Salvation through Faith in Jesus Christ remains the same, and it is the only way to be reconciled to God (Acts 4:12). The Holy Bible also teaches us that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). Just as there is no way to approach God other than through Jesus Christ,  there is no other way to receive forgiveness of sins except through faith in Jesus Christ atoning blood. This concretise the immutability of God's saving pillar of truth. It means that the Holy Bible's teaching about salvation is not subject to change and must not be subjected to alterations. It is the only path to true and eternal life, and anyone who adds to or takes away from it does so at the detriment of their own soul (Revelation 22:18-19). The Gospel of Jesus Christ must be carefully guarded, preserved, and passed down meticulously to every generation.

While the world is constantly changing, and its meretricious standards keep evolving, the gospel message must remain steadfast in its accuracy in accordance to God's Will. The Church and every believer is to faithfully uphold Christ's teachings while living in Holiness of life. Sadly, many have fallen away from their first love, moved by meretricious doctrines, and influenced by the world, thus causing confusion in the Church but we need not be perturbed by their wranglings. We are to stand as true soldiers of Christ, rightly dividing the word of truth. The immutability of God's saving pillar of truth fuels His grace which is sufficient for us and by it we shall overcome. Let us endeavour as believers to trust in a Saviour who will never change, who always keeps His promises, and whose Word will never fail (Isaiah 55:11). It is by this that we will ever remain in His embrace, if will hold on to our faith in Him.

In summary, Jesus Christ is the immutable pillar of God's saving truth. He is the Head of the Corner(The Cornerstone of God's Edifice of Holiness). He brought the message of Salvation through faith in Him and it has not change. However, be wise to come into the ark while the door is still open. He is the only way into the goodness of God. Come and be reconciled to God, if you are feeling lost. Be diligent in your study of the Holy Bible and do not hesitate to showcase the truth of the gospel teachings of Christ outrightly, if you have been transformed by the renewing power of Christ at Calvary. Remember, to pass down the legacy of righteousness to future generations so that the saving message of Jesus Christ may continue to impact the world for generations to come. God bless you, in Jesus Name, Amen.

DO NOT DEPAIR

Having found out whom God is... DO NOT DESPAIR TEXT: PSALM 13:1-6 Key verse: “How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?” (Psalm 13:1) . Life throws up new challenges every day. This often makes the believer begin to think that God had abandoned him. Except he rouses himself up, he would become discouraged and lose all hope that help would ever come to him. David got to that point many times in his numerous battles in life. He probably prayed and fasted for long periods, but the onslaught of the enemy did not end. He was running out of options, hence he spoke in desperation to God. He seemed to conclude that He had forsaken him and wondered how long God would hide himself, and how long he was going to be abandoned to himself, getting ever more sorrowful daily. He was troubled that the enemy seemed to be triumphing over him; ...

NO SHORTCUT

If it is to be done aright, be rest assured that there is... NO SHORTCUT BELIEVERS' DIGEST PUBLICATION Bible Reading: 1 KINGS 15:16-24 Key Verse: “There is a league between me and thee, and between my father and thy father: behold, I have sent unto thee a present of silver and gold; come and break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me” (1 Kings 15:19). Men always seek shortcut to success in life. Rather than live by God’s righteous standard, they seek to achieve success by any means possible. They justify their action by arguing that the end does indeed justify the means. This is despite their moral failings and character flaws, all of which contravene God’s expectations from His children. Such was the beginning of the end for King Asa, who had begun well to rule Judah and had introduced gr...

A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE

WINNERS' INTEREST PUBLICATION A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 3:19-21 (KJV) Key Verse: “And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground” (1 Samuel 3:19). The world, in which we live today is filled with corrupting influences. This forms the basis of God's call to His people to rise as rare treasures of purity and power. A “Gem of Spectacular Influence” is not an ordinary person. It describes a believer whose life carries unique, enduring value that transcends fleeting worldly trends. Like a precious gem that retains its brilliance even in darkness, such a life reflects resolute determination to pursue excellence in glorifying God, undimmed by surrounding negativity. The story of Samuel powerfully illustrates this truth. Raised in the tabernacle at Shiloh under the aged priest Eli, Samuel was surrounded by evil practices. Eli’s sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were notorious for ...
