ENLARGING YOUR COAST THROUGH THE ABRAHAMIC COVENANT

The Abrahamic Covenant, mentioned in several books of the Holy Bible, is an eternal agreement that holds immense promises and blessings for those who choose to follow God. In the book of Genesis, chapter 17, as recorded, God made a covenant with Abraham, saying, “I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee” (Genesis 17:6, KJV). This covenant outlines the extraordinary blessing bestowed upon Abraham and his descendants and sets the stage for many generations to fathom the possibilities of our coast enlargement through the everlasting covenant.

The assimilability of our coast enlargement through the everlasting covenant can be better ventilated by having a prior knowledge of its constituent composition. Biblically, expanding one’s coast may not necessarily be about the acquisition of more physical land or territory, but rather about broadening our influence, impact, and blessings beyond our existing boundaries. It is about experiencing God’s given growth, abundance, and favour which stems from His benevolence to make us fruitful in every aspect of our lives.

A study of Abraham’s lifestyle while on Earth reveals that he believed and trusted in God for the fulfillment of the promises made to him even while the circumstances surrounding seemed to state otherwise. He exhibited an unwavering faith that enabled him to enlarge his coast throughout his journey here on Earth. Abraham’s love for God led him to entrust his hope into God’s care who eventually made him to become a father of many nations, as promised. Similarly, by having faith in the fulfillment of God’s word, we can also experience the unlimited transformation of our lives, even beyond our expectations.

The Abrahamic Covenant is not limited to Abraham and his immediate descendants; it extends to all who believe and have faith in God. Galatians 3:29 states, “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (KJV). As believers, we are considered heirs of the promises given to Abraham when we exert believe in God’s capability to bring into fulfillment His word concerning us. Therefore, understand and apply the principles of the Abrahamic Covenant to your life in order to seamlessly enlarge your coast.

One significant principle to glean from the Abrahamic Covenant is that our promotions, upliftments and enlargements are all attainable through our composite obedience and adherence to God’s commandments. Deuteronomy 28:1, says, “And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth” (KJV). God promises blessings, success, and enlargement to those who faithfully implement His instructions in a candid manner.

Moreover, the Abrahamic Covenant emphasizes the importance of faith and trust in God’s promises. Hebrews 11:11 praises the faith of Sarah, Abraham’s wife, stating, “Through faith also Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised” (KJV). In our pursuit of enlargement, we must not underestimate the power of faith and trust in God. Just as Sarah believed in God’s faithfulness, we should also esteem His promises fulfilling word to be true and expect Him to fulfil His end of the covenant in our lives.

In conclusion, to be a beneficiary of the Abrahamic Covenant, you need to understand that God’s promises are true to the extent of believing that He singlehandedly owns the power to bring everyone into fruition in your life. Such practice is well defined as faith in the Unchanging God in whom is no variableness nor shadow of turning. As heirs of Abraham, adhering to God’s commandments, exercising unwavering faith, trusting in His promises and influencing others to comply can only prove the genuineness of our character trait. By being rooted in Christlikeness, we can enlarge our coast beyond our present imagination. Let us remember Genesis 22:18, where God clearly reveals while saying, “And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed because thou hast obeyed my voice” (KJV). As we abide by the principles of the Abrahamic Covenant, may the Almighty God enable us to continuously benefit from His divine plan to bless all nations of the Earth while bringing His growth, abundance, and favour into our lives, in Jesus Name, Amen.

DO NOT DEPAIR

Having found out whom God is... DO NOT DESPAIR TEXT: PSALM 13:1-6 Key verse: “How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?” (Psalm 13:1) . Life throws up new challenges every day. This often makes the believer begin to think that God had abandoned him. Except he rouses himself up, he would become discouraged and lose all hope that help would ever come to him. David got to that point many times in his numerous battles in life. He probably prayed and fasted for long periods, but the onslaught of the enemy did not end. He was running out of options, hence he spoke in desperation to God. He seemed to conclude that He had forsaken him and wondered how long God would hide himself, and how long he was going to be abandoned to himself, getting ever more sorrowful daily. He was troubled that the enemy seemed to be triumphing over him; ...

NO SHORTCUT

If it is to be done aright, be rest assured that there is... NO SHORTCUT BELIEVERS' DIGEST PUBLICATION Bible Reading: 1 KINGS 15:16-24 Key Verse: “There is a league between me and thee, and between my father and thy father: behold, I have sent unto thee a present of silver and gold; come and break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me” (1 Kings 15:19). Men always seek shortcut to success in life. Rather than live by God’s righteous standard, they seek to achieve success by any means possible. They justify their action by arguing that the end does indeed justify the means. This is despite their moral failings and character flaws, all of which contravene God’s expectations from His children. Such was the beginning of the end for King Asa, who had begun well to rule Judah and had introduced gr...

Like a precious gem that retains its brilliance even in darkness, such a life reflects resolute determination to pursue excellence in glorifying God, undimmed by surrounding negativity.
