THE INDISPENSABLE POWER OF GOD

Over the years, God’s Power has been the generic source of faith in him. It has also been a unique source of inspiration to many people across all ages and cultures. The indispensability of God’s Power has always been understood as an essential and vital aspect of our lives. The belief that without the intervention of God’s Power, achieving our most desired goals will not be possible, is one that empowers with the potentials for doing exploits.

Those trusting in the indispensability of God’s Power are forged with the nothing short of the universal force that brought creation into existence. The fact that God created everything in existence from nothing with his power, confers a high level of knowledge for understanding this mysterious event. This cosmic creation demonstrates the immense power of God and his essential role in bringing both the visible and invisible things into being.

We must understand that the Power of God goes beyond just the creation of the universe. It is an indispensable force in our everyday lives. It is the force that sustains us, nurtures us, and helps us to navigate to safety despite life’s challenges. The Power of God gives us the strength and guidance we need to persevere through hardship and adversity.

The Holy Bible is replete with instances about the Power of God in the life of humans. In the book of Psalm 46, we learn that “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” This verse reminds us that God’s power is essential to our lives. Without it, we would be lost and alone in the face of life’s challenges.

One of the most profound examples of God’s indispensable power is seen in the life of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ as his Sin, demonstrated God’s Power in his miraculous acts. He performed numerous miracles, such as healing the sick, feeding thousands with just a few loaves of bread and fishes, and even raised the dead back to life. These acts of divine power demonstrate the indispensable role of God in bringing hope and healing to the broken hearted in our world.

The Power of God is not just reserved for miraculous events alone. It also performs transformational functions like making souls lost in Sin to Saints. This transformational force turns the challenges in our everyday life into palatable ones. When we face challenges in our personal and professional lives, it is the power of God that gives us the strength and wisdom we need to overcome them. The power of God enables us to develop a positive attitude and mental resilience in the face of adversity. The Power of God also empowers us to forgive those who have wronged us and to offer hope and encouragement to those who are finding it difficult to make ends meet.

The Power of God is not something that we can generate on our own. Instead, it is given to us as a gift from a loving and compassionate God when we spend our time in serving him. When we turn to God in prayer and worship, we tap into the indispensable Power of God. We can ask for his help and guidance, and he will provide us with the strength and wisdom we need to overcome any obstacle.

In the book of Isaiah 40:31, it says “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” This message speaks to the indispensable Power of God. It is only through our faith and hope in God that we can access this infinite Power and achieve the impossible.

In conclusion, the Power of God is indispensable to our lives. Without it, we would not be able to achieve our full potential or overcome the challenges that we face. It is a force that sustains us, nurtures us, and gives us hope and strength. If you have not started enjoying this benefit, you need to turn to God repentantly and ask for his help. When you do so, you will be tapping into an indispensable source of power and grace that can change your life and that of those around you forever.

DO NOT DEPAIR

Having found out whom God is... DO NOT DESPAIR TEXT: PSALM 13:1-6 Key verse: “How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?” (Psalm 13:1) . Life throws up new challenges every day. This often makes the believer begin to think that God had abandoned him. Except he rouses himself up, he would become discouraged and lose all hope that help would ever come to him. David got to that point many times in his numerous battles in life. He probably prayed and fasted for long periods, but the onslaught of the enemy did not end. He was running out of options, hence he spoke in desperation to God. He seemed to conclude that He had forsaken him and wondered how long God would hide himself, and how long he was going to be abandoned to himself, getting ever more sorrowful daily. He was troubled that the enemy seemed to be triumphing over him; ...

NO SHORTCUT

If it is to be done aright, be rest assured that there is... NO SHORTCUT BELIEVERS' DIGEST PUBLICATION Bible Reading: 1 KINGS 15:16-24 Key Verse: “There is a league between me and thee, and between my father and thy father: behold, I have sent unto thee a present of silver and gold; come and break thy league with Baasha king of Israel, that he may depart from me” (1 Kings 15:19). Men always seek shortcut to success in life. Rather than live by God’s righteous standard, they seek to achieve success by any means possible. They justify their action by arguing that the end does indeed justify the means. This is despite their moral failings and character flaws, all of which contravene God’s expectations from His children. Such was the beginning of the end for King Asa, who had begun well to rule Judah and had introduced gr...

A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE

WINNERS' INTEREST PUBLICATION A GEM OF SPECTACULAR INFLUENCE Bible Reading: 1 Samuel 3:19-21 (KJV) Key Verse: “And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground” (1 Samuel 3:19). The world, in which we live today is filled with corrupting influences. This forms the basis of God's call to His people to rise as rare treasures of purity and power. A “Gem of Spectacular Influence” is not an ordinary person. It describes a believer whose life carries unique, enduring value that transcends fleeting worldly trends. Like a precious gem that retains its brilliance even in darkness, such a life reflects resolute determination to pursue excellence in glorifying God, undimmed by surrounding negativity. The story of Samuel powerfully illustrates this truth. Raised in the tabernacle at Shiloh under the aged priest Eli, Samuel was surrounded by evil practices. Eli’s sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were notorious for ...
